Before committing to a trailer, foundation, shell or builder, verify the project-specific structure, egress, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, energy, fire-safety, zoning and permitting requirements. For a THOW, finished weight and axle/GVWR capacity need their own engineering and manufacturer checks.
